      PURA Rewards Community Guidelines
The tier levels are based on annual spend (per calendar year), not points level.
- Points expire two years from the day they were earned.
- Points cannot be transferred to another client.
- Clients must use the same account every time in order to properly earn and redeem points.
- Certain products may be excluded from earning points.
- Certain products may not be purchased with points.
- No retroactive additions of points for purchases in which the client forgot to login.
- The PURA Rewards Community program is subject to change without notice.

            The PURA Rewards Community is a loyalty program that rewards customers with exclusive offers and experiences. Joining is free and you'll unlock new rewards and benefits through your purchases at PURA!

            To join, create an account here and you will instantly be enrolled. If you have already created a PURA account, you will automatically be entered into the PURA Rewards Community. To join in-store, a PURA staff member will be happy to assist you with the sign-up process in-store!

            Nope! Once you have a PURA account set up, you are earning points! Just make sure to sign-in before every purchase to earn and spend points!

            After you qualify for the RADIATE tier status, you will receive a welcome email graduating you into your new tier level. At that time you will be able to generate a coupon for the free, full-sized Cocoa Honeycream Mask through the rewards app, to be used on your next order! Note: Limit one RADIATE welcome gift per person. Additional RADIATE gifts will not be granted if RADIATE status is lost and regained.
