Due to the Canada Post strike we don't have control over whether or not shipments are delayed. Holiday ordering deadline for Canadian orders is December 12th.
Once I’ve purchased the order, how long will it take to be shipped?
We will ship your Pura order within 5 business days. We will contact you if any circumstances come about that would delay your order. You will also receive an email stating that your order has been shipped.
Is local pick-up available?
Yes, local pick-up is available. You will receive an email when your order has been fulfilled, and is ready for pick-up.
Where do I pick-up my order?
Your order will be available for pick-up at Pura Botanical’s Boutique. It is located at 10120 124 St NW (Look for the pink door), Edmonton, Alberta. Parking is available behind the building.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping on all Pura products, please visit www.purabotanicals.com. Please note that all taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser, and are not included in the shipping cost. On the off chance that your international package may get lost or delayed, we track all shipments. Pura is not responsible for delays due to international customs issues or any additional fees/taxes your country may charge upon delivery.
Can I track my shipment?
We include tracking numbers with all of our shipments. We will send you a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number when your package is shipped.
What if I don’t receive my package?
In the rare case that your package does not arrive after 2-weeks (CAD) or 30 days (US/INT), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. These situations will be reviewed case-by-case.
